1. This Agreement is part of the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy and serves as confirmation of the User's (Buyer's) will and awareness. By using the Website and making purchases, the User (Buyer), as a personal data subject, declares that they have read and confirm this Agreement.

2. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" for the purpose of maintaining a personal data database and to ensure legality, preparing statistical, administrative, advertising, and other information in accordance with legal requirements, as well as on issues of implementing rights and obligations defined by law in the sphere of civil legal relations, the personal data subject agrees to:

• processing of personal data in the provided scope, including passport data, registered or actual place of residence and/or delivery address of purchased goods, electronic identification data (email, phone number, etc.);
• indefinite use of personal data, which implies any actions of the personal data owner for processing such data, their protection, as well as actions to grant a partial or full right to process personal data to other subjects of relations related to personal data, as indicated in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy;
• dissemination of personal data, which implies actions to transfer information about an individual with the consent of the personal data subject (Article 14 of the specified Law), including on the Internet.

3. All disputes arising between the Personal Data Owner and the Personal Data Subject shall be resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement of the parties, it shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
