DELIVERY
This section is part of the Public Offer (User Agreement).
The delivery period and terms for the Goods depend on the chosen delivery operator and the shipping destination. Delivery within Ukraine takes approximately 2-3 business days, and international delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days from the moment the order is dispatched.
The Buyer / their representatives are responsible for receiving and checking the Goods for conformity, as well as for the absence of mechanical and other damage and defects.
The Goods are transferred to the Buyer's authorized representative upon the latter providing a duly executed power of attorney for receiving tangible assets.
The Goods are delivered in packaging that guarantees their integrity and full preservation upon receipt.
Together with the Goods, the Seller provides accompanying documents (invoice, delivery note, and other documents stipulated by current legislation and agreement of the Parties). These documents may be sent by another method agreed upon by the parties (e.g., by email).
In the absence of one of the specified documents, or in case of their improper execution or discrepancies in information or data, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (including by email) within 2 (two) business days from the moment of receiving the Goods.
PAYMENT
This section is part of the Public Offer (User Agreement).
The Seller pays for orders according to the prices indicated on the Website.
The payment currency is the Ukrainian Hryvnia.
Available card payments are made using the Plata by Mono payment service.
For payment (entering card details), the User will be redirected to the payment gateway server. The connection to the payment gateway and information transfer are carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If the bank supports the Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode secure online payment technology, entering a special password may also be required to complete the payment.
Confidentiality of the personal information provided is ensured by the payment systems. The entered information will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Payments by bank cards are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of Visa Int., MasterCard payment systems.
